Lightning GM: 'Don't expect' Stamkos for Game 1

Lightning captain Steven Stamkos, who is out because of a lower-body injury, hasn't been ruled out for the Stanley Cup Final opener, but GM Julien BriseBois said he doesn't expect him to play.
